1. Booking requests

An online booking is a request for an arrival window. It becomes a confirmed appointment only after we confirm it by phone, text or email.

Arrival windows are estimates. Traffic, weather and emergencies can cause delays; we will contact you if we are running late.

2. Estimates and pricing

Any price discussed before we inspect the equipment is an estimate. We explain the diagnosis and options and ask for your approval before starting repair or installation work.

Emergency and after-hours visits may be charged at different rates. We will tell you before dispatching.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel a request online using the link in your confirmation, or by calling us. Please give as much notice as possible so we can offer the window to someone else.

4. Safety

If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas or propane supplier's emergency line or 911 before calling us. Do not wait for an online booking in any situation that may be dangerous.

5. Warranty

Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer under their terms. Any workmanship warranty we offer will be stated in writing on your invoice or proposal.

6. Website content

Information on this website is general and may change. Rebate and incentive programs are run by third parties such as Efficiency Maine; eligibility and amounts are set by those programs.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by Maine law, our liability for any claim related to the website is limited to direct damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
